Title and Jackie's staff? What can I say? They are the absolute best! Not only in their down to earth
professionalism but also in their thoroughness. Example: I recently represented the Buyer on a transaction that involved a
driveway which crossed over a railroad track. The Sellers agent (a reputable, honest and successful agent) had explained to
me that it had a contract on it previously and unfortunately a few days prior to closing the buyer could not get funding but
that her title company had done the title search and was ready to go. I explained
to her that Executive Title would close my side and of course they would
also do a title search. Imagine my surprise when Jackie called me to say there
was no permit to cross the railroad tracks, nor had their ever been one. (Essentially there was no road frontage for the residence
and the railroad would not give a permit for permanent access. Which meant that the railroad could close access to the property
without notice. There was no other way to access the property.) After speaking
to the railroad many times to no avail we withdrew our offer and found a wonderful place more suited to my clients. Thank
